Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for a variety of equipment and facilities. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and overall functionality of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of building systems, equipment, and areas to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.- Diagnose issues and execute repairs or replacements effectively and promptly.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs made, and parts used.- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events, as needed.- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure that tools and equipment are stored properly.
